This qualification reflects management roles in finance and mortgage broking where work is undertaken independently, through an aggregator, or involves managing a workplace team. Individuals are expected to apply theoretical knowledge and specialised skills in a range of situations and to display initiative and judgement in planning activities. They have autonomy in performing complex technical operations and may be responsible for the work of others within broad but generally well‐defined parameters, specially who wish to work as a Mortgage broker, Credit assessment officer, Customer service officer, Mortgage lender/representative.
This course will provide an understanding of some of the critical aspects in the finance and mortgage broking industry while meeting the licensing requirements for mortgage brokers outlined in ASIC’s Regulatory Guide 206 (RG 206).
Must be 18 years of age on commencement.
Academic Requirement:
Successful completion of Year 12 or equivalent and /or above.

This qualification is delivered over a period of one year.
